Twitch is at a unique moment, evolving from the gaming room to the outside world. More creators are streaming IRL than ever before, experimenting with ways to bring their communities along for the ride. The challenge was how to make chat feel truly present. How to give audiences the power to not just watch, but to explore.

The Outcome.

We designed a format to meet that moment. CCTV transports viewers directly into events, parties, and concerts no matter where they’re watching from, using a custom extension that hands them control of the camera. By allowing chat to look around the room together, we blurred the boundaries between the screen and the world, making live streaming feel more immersive and shared.
